  TEACHING PRACTISE 📝📖 **DAY REFLECTION -20** 11 AUGUST 2025 MONDAY   **Monday Reflection** On Monday, as part of our daily routine, we first signed the register. I had an allotted class in VIII B during the seventh period . I conducted Diagnostic test for the students.The day started with a special awareness session on first aid for the students of class X, which was conducted by the Pooyappally police officers. This session was highly informative and helped the students understand the importance of first aid in emergency situations. In the afternoon session, there was another awareness class led by excise officers. This session highlighted the harmful effects of drugs and alcohol and aimed at creating awareness among students about leading a healthy and disciplined life. I had an allotted class with Grade 8B during the 7th period, which I had prepared for in advance. During the day, we also conducted the *" Changathikoru Kaithangu"* programme, an initiative organized under the Echo Club. The programme aimed to foster friendship, mutual support, and environmental awareness among students, and it received active participation from the students and teachers alike. For lunch, we were served a simple yet wholesome meal that consisted of rice, sambar, and *payar thoran*. The meal was satisfying and refreshing, giving us the energy to continue with our activities for the rest of the day.At 3:50 pm the class was over with National Anthem. We had a discipline duty. The day began with signing the register at 9:00 a.m., marking the official start of duties. I was allotted substitution classes, which were handled in the first period for class 8F and the fourth period for class 8A. The allotted class for the day was taken in the 7th period with class 8B. During the forenoon session, a Charithra Quiz competition was conducted to engage students actively in historical learning. The midday meal consisted of a simple and nutritious combination of rice, sambar, payarthoran providing a wholesome break during the day. We had discipline duty again.
