**Monday Reflection**

On Monday, as part of our daily routine, we first signed the register. I had an allotted class in VIII B during the seventh period. I conducted Diagnostic test for the students. The day started with a special awareness session on first aid for the students of class X, which was conducted by the Pooyappally police officers. This session was highly informative and helped the students understand the importance of first aid in emergency situations.

In the afternoon session, there was another awareness class led by excise officers. This session highlighted the harmful effects of drugs and alcohol and aimed at creating awareness among students about leading a healthy and disciplined life.

For lunch, we had a simple yet delicious meal that consisted of **Rice, theeyal, and thoran**. After the afternoon classes, the school day came to an end at 3:50 pm with the singing of the National Anthem, which gave a sense of unity and pride. Finally, at 4:10 pm, we signed the register once again and returned, marking the close of another meaningful and enriching day at school.

**Tuesday Reflection**

Tuesday began with our usual morning routine of signing the register and preparing for the day’s activities. I had an allotted class during the third period
in VIII B, which was also my observation class monitored by our optional teacher from the college. This gave me an opportunity to carefully plan and present the lesson with clarity and confidence. The observation was a valuable experience as it allowed me to receive guidance and constructive feedback for improving my teaching practice.

Later, during the fifth period, I handled a substitution class in VIII B. Engaging with the students in an unplanned session helped me understand their interests and abilities beyond the regular curriculum. Such experiences strengthen classroom management skills and provide room for spontaneous interaction.

The lunch for the day consisted of rice, pullisery, and kada curry, which was both simple and satisfying. Apart from teaching, I also had discipline duty, which enabled me to observe the overall functioning of the school and ensure that students maintained order and decorum.

As usual, the school day concluded at 3:50 pm with the National Anthem, instilling a sense of respect and unity among all present. Finally, at 4:10 pm, we signed the register and returned, marking the end of a day filled with learning, responsibility, and reflection
