**Day Reflection – 10

Date: 28 July 2025

Day: Monday

Today is the 10th day of my school internship. The day began with signing the register at 9:00 a.m., marking the official start of duties. I was allotted substitution classes, which were handled in the first period for class 8F and the fourth period for class 8A. The allotted class for the day was taken in the 7th period with class 8B.

During the forenoon session, a Charithra Quiz competition was conducted to engage students actively in historical learning.

The midday meal consisted of a simple and nutritious combination of rice, sambar, payarthoran providing a wholesome break during the day.

We had discipline duty again. At 4:00 p.m., the class was over, and at 4:15 p.m., we signed the register and returned.

Day: Tuesday

Today is the eleventh day of my school teaching practice. The day commenced with signing the register at 9:00 a.m., followed by regular duties. I had an allotted class, which was handled in the 7th period with class 8B.

The midday meal consisted of rice, theyal, and thoran, offering a satisfying and balanced lunch. In the afternoon session, from 3:10 p.m. to 3:45 p.m., the Shuchithwa Club and Echo Club conducted a cleaning session in the school premises, promoting environmental awareness and student participation in cleanliness initiatives.

The class ended with the National Anthem. At 3:50 p.m., the school day concluded. We also had discipline duty. At 4:10 p.m., we signed the register and returned.

Date: 30 July 2025

Day: Wednesday

On Wednesday, 30th July, it was the 12th day of our school teaching practice. The day began with signing the register as part of the regular routine. An allotted class was taken during the 5th period for class 8B, where the lesson proceeded smoothly.

The midday meal consisted of rice, pulissery, and kadala curry. The meal was both nutritious and tasty, providing a refreshing break in the school day.

At 2:00 p.m., the school conducted the KPST Swadesh Mega Quiz, which saw enthusiastic participation from the students and created a vibrant learning atmosphere.

At 3:50 p.m., the class was over with the National Anthem. At 4:10 pm we have signed our register and returned.

**Date: 31 July 2025

Day: Thursday**

On Thursday, the day continued with our regular routine, starting with signing the register. I had an allotted class with 8B during the 7th period, where the session was carried out effectively.

The midday meal consisted of rice, pulissery, and aviyal, offering a traditional and nutritious combination.

At 1:30 p.m., a special exhibition was organized in connection with Hindi Divas, based on the life and works of the renowned writer Premchand. The exhibition was informative and gave students valuable insights into his literary contributions.

The class was over at 3:50 p.m. with the National Anthem. We signed our register at 4:10 pm and returned.

DAY: FRIDAY

  It was the 14 th day of our school internship. We have aigned our register and my friends went to their respective classes. I had an alloted class in the fourth period in 8 B. We have an Mid day meal serving duty. The meal consist of Rice, Theeyal and Thoran. Again we had discipline duty. At 3:30 pm, the class was over with the National Anthem. We had signed our register at 3:50 pm and returned.
