**DAY REFLECTION -15**

4 AUGUST 2025

MONDAY





On Monday, we signed the attendance register at 9:00 am as part of our usual morning routine. I had an allotted class with Grade 8B during the 7th period, which I had prepared for in advance. During the day, we also conducted the *"Changathikoru Kaithangu"* programme, an initiative organized under the Echo Club. The programme aimed to foster friendship, mutual support, and environmental awareness among students, and it received active participation from the students and teachers alike.


For lunch, we were served a simple yet wholesome meal that consisted of rice, sambar, and *payar thoran*. The meal was satisfying and refreshing, giving us the energy to continue with our activities for the rest of the day.At 3:50 pm the class was over with National Anthem. We had a discipline duty. At 4:10 pm we had signed our register and returned.






    ** DAY REFLECTION-16**

    5 AUGUST 2025

   TUESDAY

On Tuesday, we began our day by signing the attendance register at 9:00 am. I had an allotted class with Grade 8B during the 3rd period, which I attended with preparation and enthusiasm. Meanwhile, my friends proceeded to their respective classes and engaged in their teaching responsibilities.


For lunch, we were served a simple meal consisting of rice and thoran, which was both nutritious and satisfying. In addition to our academic duties, we were also assigned discipline duty for the day. We ensured that students maintained order and followed the school rules during the breaks and transitions between classes.


The final bell rang at 3:50 pm, marking the end of the school day. We concluded the day with the National Anthem, standing respectfully along with the students and staff. After that, we signed the register once more before leaving the school premises and returning home.



    **DAY REFLECTION-17**

       6 AUGUST 2025

         WEDNESDAY


On Wednesday began with our usual morning routine, where we signed the attendance register at 9:00 am. At 9:45 am, a special assembly was conducted to commemorate *Hiroshima Day*, reminding us of the tragic events of August 6, 1945, and the importance of peace in the world. The assembly was organized by the students of Class 9A and was well-coordinated and meaningful. As part of the assembly, the *Hiroshima Day Pledge* was taken by everyone present, reaffirming our commitment to promoting peace and non-violence.

In the afternoon, I took part in a creative activity and prepared a *Sadoku frame*, which was both engaging and mentally stimulating. For lunch, we were served a delicious meal consisting of fried rice, soya bean curry, and egg — a wholesome and satisfying combination that gave us the energy to carry on with our responsibilities.

We were also assigned discipline duty    ensured that the school environment remained orderly and respectful. The school day came to an end at 3:50 pm, following which we conducted with the National Anthem. We had signed our register and returned at 4:10 pm.






**DAY REFLECTION-18  **
7 AUGUST 2025
THURSDAY      
      


As part of our daily routine, we began the day by signing the register. I had an allotted class with Grade 8B during the 3rd period, where I engaged with the students in the planned lesson. The midday meal consisted of rice, erisseri, and kadala curry, which was both simple and satisfying.

In the afternoon, at 2:00 pm, a special Lahari Vimuktha awareness session was conducted by Pooyappally Station Sub-Inspector, B. Sunil Kumar. The session aimed to educate the students about the harmful effects of drug abuse and the importance of staying away from such habits. As part of the programme, the students took a pledge, reaffirming their commitment to remain drug-free and to spread awareness among their peers.

The regular classes continued until 4:00 pm, after which the school day officially ended. At 4:10 pm, we once again signed the register to mark the close of the day’s duties and then returned.

FRIDAY

**Friday Reflection**

As part of our daily routine, we began the day by signing the register. In the first period, my friend and I went to Class 8B to conduct a quiz competition, organised class-wise in connection with the upcoming Independence Day celebrations. The students actively participated, showcasing their knowledge of the country’s history, culture, and freedom struggle.

During the 4th period, I had my allotted class in 8B, where I carried out the planned lesson. The midday meal consisted of rice, pullissery, and aviyal, offering a wholesome and traditional taste.

In the afternoon, we were assigned discipline duty, ensuring that the students maintained order and followed the school’s guidelines. The academic sessions for the day concluded at 3:30 pm. At 4:00 pm, we once again signed the register to mark the end of our duties and then returned for the day.
